Job Details
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Experience delivering and launching campaigns on an integrated marketing calendar
- Experience managing and reporting Email KPIs
- Experience using Iterable
- Ability to execute multiple competing projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Additional experience we would love to see:
- 4-6 years of experience working in digital marketing, direct experience in Email Marketing
- Demonstrated success developing and scaling high-impact, highly engaging Email campaigns through data-driven insights
- Develops both analytical and innovative approach to Email Marketing
- Experience developing and optimizing Email automation
- Highly motivated self-starter who seeks to proactively own, drive multiple projects in parallel
- Thrives in dynamic, collaborative, fast-paced environments
- Experience in DTC e-commerce and/or subscription businesses preferred
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS
